These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Drive Blue services. By booking or using any Drive Blue service, you agree to these terms.

Drive Blue provides driver training, assessment services, licensing support, road safety education and related programs. All services are subject to availability and the conditions outlined in these terms.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an enquiry response and confirmation from Drive Blue. Service times and locations are agreed at the time of booking. Drive Blue reserves the right to reschedule services in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment or agreed deposit may be required prior to service delivery. Quote-based services require written agreement before delivery commences.
A separate Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to all booked services. Please review that policy before booking. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for being ready and available at the agreed time and location, holding the relevant licence class required for the service (where applicable), and advising Drive Blue of any medical conditions or restrictions that may affect service delivery.
Drive Blue expects all clients to conduct themselves respectfully during lessons and sessions. Drive Blue reserves the right to terminate a session if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, threatening or disrespectful.
Drive Blue maintains appropriate insurance for service delivery. Drive Blue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of services. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Drive Blue may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this website.
