Our story
Drive Blue is a Northern Territory-based provider of driver training, licensing support, road safety education, behaviour change management and evidence-based programs.
We work with individuals, schools, organisations, community groups and remote communities to improve access to practical, professional and supportive driving-related services.
Our work goes beyond helping someone pass a test. We focus on building safer drivers, supporting licensing pathways, strengthening road safety behaviours and delivering programs that contribute to stronger outcomes across the Territory.
Drive Blue is focused on risk reduction and road safety. We support individuals and organisations with expert instruction and comprehensive programs that build safe driving skills and reduce road risk.

Meet our instructor
Joshua Blake is the founder and principal instructor of Drive Blue. With extensive experience across driver training, licensing support and road safety program delivery in the Northern Territory, Joshua brings a practical, calm and client-focused approach to every engagement.
Joshua has worked with learner drivers, newly licensed drivers, overseas licence holders, community organisations, schools and program partners across Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, Nhulunbuy, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs and remote NT communities.
His approach is built on patience, clear communication and a genuine commitment to helping people build the skills and confidence they need to drive safely and access the licensing process with support.
Experience
Extensive experience in education, facilitation and skills development across adult learning and professional training environments.
More than a decade of practical experience supporting learners, assessing drivers and helping people develop safer, more capable on-road behaviour.
